Amazon's added a link on your account page to provide feedback about recently shipped products. The criteria are overall packaging (were the items securely packaged, was the box just right, too big, or way too big) as well as how easy it was to open each item. This feedback will hopefully let Amazon work with manufacturers to have more items with "Frustration Free Packaging."
